4. What is the Infinite Graphics & Videos package?
The Infinite Graphics & Videos package is our ultimate package that combines both Graphics on Demand and Video on Demand packages together. It's the best value for money, and you can enjoy infinite designs and changes for both graphics and video requests.

5. What is Agency+ package?
The 'Agency+' package is the ultimate choice for any agency, offering unlimited requests and changes. It comprises 14 active graphic requests and 4 active video requests, making it an ideal solution. Additionally, it features English copywriting and proofreading. For projects requiring copywriting, an extra day will be allocated for graphics and video projects. Graphics are delivered within 1 day, videos in 2 to 4 days. Complex project timelines are communicated by our Project Managers via OctoDash Chat.
6. What does "Active requests" mean?
Active requests represent the number of design requests we will assign to our designers at a time. If all active request slots are taken, you can still create new design requests, which will be accepted and appear as "Pending" in the OctoDash until an active slot becomes available.

7. Do you offer copywriting?
Yes, we do provide copywriting services in both U.S. and UK English. Copywriting is exclusively available within the Agency+ package. For projects that require copywriting, an additional day will be allocated for both graphics and video projects.
Work Timings, Holiday & Operations:

CreativeOcto.IO operates 24/5 from Monday to Friday. You can submit your design projects anytime, anywhere. Please note that our weekend cut-off time is 3PM EST. Please note that our staff will be on leave on US Federal Holidays.
3. Are there any holidays when CreativeOcto.IO is closed?
Yes, our staff will be on leave on US Federal Holidays. You can view the full list of holidays by visiting https://www.commerce.gov/hr/employees/leave/holidays. Please note that design projects submitted during holidays will start being worked on the following business day. Also, please keep in mind that holidays are not counted when calculating turnaround time.
4. What is the weekend cut off time for design projects?
The weekend cut off time for design projects is 3 PM Eastern Time on Fridays. Any design projects submitted after this time will be worked on starting on the following Monday. Please note that our design turnaround time is calculated from Monday, so Friday will not count towards the turnaround time.
5. Can I share requests on weekends or out of work hours?
You can share your requests anytime of the day via OctoDash and our team will look into your request on the next working day.
6. When is the best time to submit an urgent project?
We suggest submitting urgent projects between Monday to Thursday as this increases the likelihood of your project being completed, revised, and delivered before the end of the week.
Payments, Upgrades & Cancellations:
1. What payment options do you offer?
We offer one-time, monthly, and yearly payments, as well as recurring payments, which can be made through any debit or credit card using our secure internet payment gateway after you sign up.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds but you can cancel your subscriptions anytime you want.
3. Can I cancel my subscription?
If you opt in for a recurring subscription, you can cancel the subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
4. Will I lose CreativeOcto.IO services if I cancel my subscription?
You will still have access to all CreativeOcto.IO services until your subscription expires.

6. How are upgrades charged?

OctoBot is a custom AI-driven bot that is part of OctoDash. It is in place to help update the progress of your requests. We will keep improving our AI-driven bot in the future to give you an even better experience.
Discounts:
